For as long as there have been Slayers, there have been Watchers....
What is a watcher? A watcher is a chosen one, just like the slayer,
except for they have no superpowers, they are oridnary humans, who well
watch. They are assigned a slayer or potential slayer, which they are
to guide and teach the techniques of slaying, seriously "the slayers
handbook insists on it!" ~ Kendra
Where do they come from? Though a watcher can come from anywhere in the world, just as a slayer can, the watchers do have a building in England, known as the watcher's council. This is were they catalog all the previous watcher's journals, extremely old and rare books containing valuable information, and basically whatever else Quinton feels like. Sadly, this past year the watcher's council was blown up with most of the watchers inside, now only a handful still exist. We feel it was the work of the first.
