Willow / Xander
Willow and Xander have been friends since childhood, and as Willow informs Buffy she and Xander were dating until he stole her barbie and wouldn't give it back, they were like five at the time. Anyways, even now the two can't seem to admit any feelings for one another, well at least not publicly, well except for that once. Basically they waited until they were both taken to act on any urges they had, resulting in Cordy and Oz walking in on their makeout session.

Willow / Moloch:
Moloch was an internet boyfriend that Willow met briefly while in their junior year, basically she scanned the demon's book releasing him from his enprisonment and out into the world. He emailed Willow under the name Malcolm and gets her to fall for him, then he tries to kill her but Buffy saves the day.

Willow / Oz
Willow and Oz started dating during their Junior year, after offically meeting during Carrer Week. Not even the fact that he's a werewolf could come between, After they'd been dating for about a year, Willow and Xander were kidnapped by Spike, Oz used his wolfy sense to find them, and then walked in on their makeout session, but they were able to move past this until Oz wake up with Veruka, and he realized that he was too dangerous to be around.

This couple had a gathering in Paker's apartment during Willow's freshman year, shortly after what he did to Buffy. They had a nice long talk about things and he tried to suduce Willow which ended badly, due to drunken cave-men breaking in and setting his house on fire, but Buffy saves them all.

Willow / Tara
Tara and Willow met at Wicca group at the college and bonded over witchcraft that grew into something more with the departure of Oz. They dated for almost two years, before Willow's obession with magic became the issue that drove them apart. Basically Tara found out that Willow had used magic to make her forget their fights and she moved out. However she couldn't stand to be away from Willow for two long and they made up, but ended up with Warren killing Tara, so Willow killed Warren.

R.J. was a student at Sunnydale high, whom had a way with women. Willow, Buffy, Anya and Dawn had a competion to see could win the young man's heart. Unfortunatly Willow's plan was to use magicks to turn the unsuspecting boy into a girl, luckily Spike and Xander stopped it.

Kennedy is one of the potentials that came to live at the Summer's residence while the First was attempting to kill all the potentials. She basically kept pushing Willow about going out on a date, soon the two became a happy couple.
