Hank and Joyce were married when they lived in L.A. but divorced shortly
before moving to Sunnydale, basically it's a mystery why they split because
both claim it had nothing to do with Buffy's burning dow the gym. In Buffy's
alternate reality they are very much together and in love.
Joyce
/ Giles
While eating the school fund rasiers candy, Joyce and Giles are turned
back to teenagers stuck in their current bodies, and we find out about
their wild sides, they go to the Rippers apartment and listen to records,
when their bored with that they go for a walk, where he busts out a store
window and steals Joyce a coat and himself a hat. The cops come he beats
them up and they have sex on top of the police car.

/ Xander
First Amy helps Xander place a spell on Cordy that would cause her to
fall madly in love with him, but it backfires and works on the rest of
the female population in Sunnydale including Joyce Summers. Later he has
a dream about Joyce coming on to him, while at a sleepover at Buffy's
house.
Joyce
/ Spike
During Buffy's senior year, Spike shows back up in town and is all lonely
and dispressed because Drusilla left him for a choas demon. Anyways he
goes to the Summers home where Joyce invites him in for a drink and they
have a chat, when Angel sees it he freaks out and Spike taunts him. Basically
Buffy came home and broke up the date.
