Sunnydale Highschool is reopening, but that doesn't mean
the evil is gone. Ghosts of students and janitors past are haunting
Dawn and her friends, its up to Buffy to save them. Spike has returned
with a soul and a few demons haunting him as well. Willows in rehab
in England, Buffy gets offered a consultor postion, and Xander is on
the schools construction crew.

The ground is opening and its hungry, oh wait its just
a giant snake demon compliments of Anya. A girl is attacked by the demon
form of her ex after making a wish to a vengence demon, its up to the
gang to stop her. Anya and Spike get into it and have a bloodly brawl
in the middle of the bronze, based on the fact that Anya can see his
soul.

Anya grants a wish that turns ugly as a phat house becomes a blood-bath
due to a spider deamon that eats the hearts of its victims. Now its up

Buffy is making Spike go cold turkey, while getting him animal blood

cop bad cop with him, and all hell breaks loose, when Spike gets free
and bites him. The bringers attack Buffy's house attempting to kill everyone
and leave with Spike, and use him to reopen the Hellmouth bringing fourth
the first evil.

Giles returns from England with three Slayers in Training, telling the
gang that the council is dead, and these are the remaining slayers.Buffy
is having seriously wiggy dreams where Joyce is begging her to rest, Andrew

and one of the slayers in Training rans off getting herself killed by
the first.

Buffy and Principal Wood goes out on a date, where she discovers
that he is the son of Nikki a slayer killed in New York in the sixities.
So he joins the fight against the first, but has issues with Spike. Especially

Robin gives them a slayer emergry kit of his mothers, that
tells the tale of the first slayer, but not without a price. Buffy is
sent back in time and a demon is sent in her replace. While back in time
she learns from the guardians that she will not win this battle unless
she embraces the demon, so they chain her to the earth and allow a demon
essence loose. She refuses to allow the merge, not wanting to became a

Andrew videotapes the day in the life of the slayer, the
first pays him a little visit, and they discover the seal is evil and
they have to close it because its corrupting the kids in Sunnydale. So
they go to the school, Buffy makes Andrew think she has to kill him over
the seal so he'll start crying and his remorse can close the seal.

Giles gives Robin the go ahead to try to dispose of Spike, so he won't be able to hurt anyone else. We discover that the trigger used by the first was really spikes mother.

Dirty Girls
Caleb finds Shannon a potential and reveals that he is in control of the bringers, he then guts her like a fish, brands her and throws her from the truck with a message for buffy. Faith and Willow find her taking her to the hostipal, after she wakes she tells buffy that Caleb has something of hers. Buffy and Faith go willingly into the trap with potentials, spike and xander in tow, Caleb knocks Buffy, Spike and Faith out, then he kills molly and pokes xanders eye out.

Empty Places
Faith and the potentals go out for a night on the town,
causing a riff between the two slayers, causing the gang to decided between
Buffy and Faith. Everyone feels Buffy's off her rocker and the potentals
side with Faith, slowly Giles, Xander, Wood, Willow and fianlly Dawn side
with her as well, causing Dawn to have to kick Buffy out. Giles sends
Andrew and Spike on a mission to find out about Caleb.

Touched
Buffy kicks a man out of his house, and stays there. Spike
goes and finds Buffy after he finds out they kicked her out, and they
spend some quality time together. Wood and Faith, Anya and Xander, Willow
and Kennedy have sex. Faith being in charge now, decides to kidnap a bringer
and use magic to gain information, and leads the group into a trap in
the sewers with where they go boom

End of Days
Buffy rejoins the group, reclaiming the leadership position.
Spike and Buffy have a heart to heart about the time spent together. Faith
and Buffy have a heart to heart about whose fault the explosion is, While
Buffy sends Xander and Dawn away to protect them, Dawn uses a teaser to
knock Xander unconious and return to Sunnydale. Giles and Willow discover
the orign of the Sithe, Buffy goes to investiagate and is greeted by Caleb,
during the battle Angel shows up, and Spike witnesses them kissing.
