The Rules:
Rule 1: In order to win you must have a website devoted to Buffy
or Angel. (this would include any thing to do with the actors, characters,
or the shows in general)
Rule 2: Your site must be PG or PG-13 no * adult content * unless
its fan fiction and clearly marked 18 or older!!!
Rule 3: Your site doesn't have to be popular, or great with design
and layout as long as it has content to it. Rule 4: Site must contain
at least 5 pages of content not including the links, or clubs or award pages.
